Bijan founded Belmont Property in 2015 to deliver high quality affordable developments for sale and takes great pride in helping Londoners get on, or move up, the property ladder.
He began his career at Redrow Homes, one of the UKs largest listed residential developers. Involved in every aspect of the development process, Bijan has helped deliver several award-winning projects in and around London.
Bijan is also a Director of a residential property investment company offering affordable rental property to Londoners and prides himself on delivering value-for-money homes which are of a high quality, beautifully designed and ideally located.
James joined Belmont in 2022, he is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor with a decade of experience in the industry. James has a wide network of contacts having attended the University of Reading where he achieved a BSc in Real Estate.
He began his career at Berkeley Group, one of the UK's largest listed residential developers, and was responsible for a number of high profile off-market land acquisitions.
Following his time under the late Tony Pidgley, James worked for affordable housing developer Pocket Living, acquiring a range of sites across London on both an unconditional and STP basis.

Rahim began his career initially in the private equity industry focused primarily on property-backed operational businesses.
Following his time in the city he founded Enable Care in 2008 and develops specialist residential living environments for people with acquired brain injuries and is the Executive Director of Carebase, one of the UK’s leading developers and operators of care homes for the elderly.
Rahim is also a Director of a residential property investment company focused on providing affordable rental accommodation to Londoners and is passionate about developing bespoke living environments for people of all ages, abilities and lifestyles.
Mike is a qualified quantity surveyor and bring a vast amount of experience to Belmont with over 30 years in all elements of UK property development with particular experience in site acquisition, planning permission management and property development.
After leaving South Africa, where he was a partner in a large quantity surveying and project management practice, Mike relocated to the UK and has been involved in a large number of commercial and residential developments.
Mike’s previous projects include the site acquisition, planning permission and development of over 30 children’s day nurseries, 25 care homes, various commercial office schemes and residential buildings.
With more than 15 years of experience, Jeanne (pronounced Sharna) is our seasoned Executive Support Officer. Her assistance across diverse operations has made her an integral part of our team.
Jeanne's role is multifaceted, acting as the cornerstone of operational efficiency, and providing support to Bijan across our business. In addition to her executive assistant duties, Jeanne also directs the management of Belmont's rental portfolio across London.
