Heron court,
Raynes park

During 2022, Heron Court, which is situated in the beautiful Raynes Park area, close to Wimbledon, will be transformed into a local icon.

Work will see a breath-taking additional floor added to the existing apartment building, the design of which will take inspiration from John Innes, a British Philanthropist who founded the world-famous John Innes Horticultural Institute in Merton. A modern take on the shape of the traditional glass house structures, used in some of the institute’s famous work, will inspire the new pitched roof.

This transformation will create four further one and two-bed apartments, in addition to the existing 12, one and two-bed apartments which will be remodelled and designed in keeping with the development ’s high quality, contemporary feel.

Location wise, the area is spoilt for choice with easy access to extensive transport links, a variety of restaurants, bars and shops as well as a range of beautiful open spaces including 21 hectares of parkland and woodland at Cannon Hill Common.
